રબી-૨૧-૨૨ માટે યુનિવર્સીટી ઉત્પાદિત ચણા, ઘઉંના પ્રમાણિત બિયારણ મેળવવા માટેની ઓનલાઈન નોંધણીની અરજી

• 1) ખાતેદાર ખેડૂતોના "૮-(અ)" માં નોંધાયેલ નામો પૈકી કોઈ ૫ણ એક ખેડૂત ખાતેદાર પોતાના આધારકાર્ડ સાથે એક જ અરજી કરી શકશે. જો એક કરતાં વધારે અરજી માલુમ ૫ડશે તો વધારાની બધી જ અરજીઓ રદ્દ કરવામાં આવશે.
• 2) ચણા અને ઘઉંના બિયારણની નોંધણી માટેની અરજી ફકત ઓનલાઈન જ સ્‍વીકારવામાં આવશે.
• 3) આગામી રબી ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ ઋતુમાં ખેડૂત મિત્રોને વાવેતર માટે ચણામાં GJG-૩ અને GG-5 તથા ઘઉંમાં LOK-1, GW-496, અને GW-451 જાતોનું પ્રમાણિત/ટ્રુથફુલ બિયારણ જૂનાગઢ કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટી, જુનાગઢ ખાતે ઉપલબ્ધ હોઈ ખેડૂતમિત્રો પોતાની જરૂરિયાત મુજબ ઉપરોક્ત પાકો અને જાતો પૈકી કોઈ પણ એક પાક અને જાતના બિયારણ માટે અરજી કરી શકશે એટલે કે જે ખેડૂતમિત્ર એ જે પાક અને જાત માટે અરજી કરી હશે તેજ પાક અને જાત નું બિયારણ મળવાપાત્ર થશે. ખેડૂત મિત્રોએ અરજીમાં જે પાક અને જાત માટે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી હશે તેજ પાક અને જાતનું બિયારણ આપનો નંબર આવે ત્યાં સુધી અથવા જથ્થો ઉપલબ્ધ હશે ત્યાં સુધી આપની ઓનલાઈન અરજી મુજબ વધુમાં વધુ બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં પાંચ બેગ સુધી મળવાપાત્ર થશે (ચણા ૧ બેગ=૨૫ કિ.ગ્રા. અને ઘઉં ૧ બેગ=૪૦ કિ.ગ્રા. બે હેક્ટરની મર્યાદા એટલે કે ૪૦ ગુંઠા જમીને એક બેગ અને તે મુજબ ૪૦ ગુંઠાના ગુણાંકમાં બેગો મળવાપાત્ર થાય.)
• 4) ખેડૂતમિત્રોની જેમની અરજી મંજુર થશે તેઓને અરજીમાં રજીસ્ટર કરેલ મોબાઇલ નંબર ઉપર બિયારણના વેચાણ/વિતરણ અંગેની SMS થી જાણ કરવામાં આવશે. બિયારણ બીજ વિજ્ઞાન અને તકનિકી વિભાગ, કૃષિ મહાવિદ્યાલય, જૂ.કૃ.યુ., જૂનાગઢ (મેગાસીડ) ખાતે લેવા આવવું પડશે.
• 5) ઓનલાઈન અરજીની નોંધણી થયા બાદ ઓનલાઈન પાવતીની પ્રિન્‍ટ કાઢીને તેમાં અરજદારે સહી કરવી અને બિયારણ લેવા આવતી વખતે પાવતી જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે તેમજ બિયારણ લેતી વખતે અરજીમાં દર્શાવેલ પુરાવા જેવા કે આધારકાર્ડની નકલ, જમીનનો ૮-(અ) નો તાજો અસલ દાખલો (છ મહિનાથી જૂનો દાખલો ચાલશે નહીં), બેંકની પાસબુકના પ્રથમ પાનાની નકલ (અરજદારનો ખાતા નં. અને બેંકનો IFSC Code વંચાય તેવો હોવો જોઈએ) અરજીની ૫હોંચ સાથે રજુ કરવાના રહેશે. ઉ૫રોકત બધા પુરાવામાં ખેડૂત ખાતેદારની અટક અને નામ એક સરખા હોવા જરૂરી છે. જો ફેરફાર હશે તો અરજી માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે નહીં.
• 6) બિયારણ ખરીદી માટે ખેડૂતમિત્રોને ફાળવવામાં આવેલ તારીખો એ જ બિયારણ મળશે. એટલે કે ખેડૂતમિત્રોને જે તારીખો બિયારણ લેવા આવવા માટે ફાળવવામાં આવે તે તારીખો એ જ લઈ જવાનું રહેશે. અન્‍યથા તે તારીખ બાદ ખેડૂતમિત્રની અરજી અમાન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે અને તે ખેડૂતને ત્‍યારબાદ બિયારણ ખરીદીનો લાભ આ૫વામાં આવશે નહીં.
• 7) બિયારણની ફાળવણી માટે આપના દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ ઓનલાઈન અરજીની ચકાસણી બાદ અધિકૃત કોમ્પ્યુટરાઈઝડ સિસ્ટમથી રેન્ડમાઈઝેશન કરવામાં આવશે અને તે મુજબ બિયારણ વિતરણ કરવામાં આવશે. પાછળથી કોઈ પણ દાવો ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહિ.
• 8) અરજીમાં પાક અને જાતની નોંધણી એક વાર થઇ ગયા પછી તેમાં સુધારો થઇ શકશે નહિ. જયારે તે સિવાયની ભૂલ રહી ગઈ હશે તો તે અરજી કરવાના સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન સુધારી શકશે.
• 9) જે ખેડૂતમિત્રોએ રબી-૨૦૨૧-૨૨ ઋતુમાં વાવેતર માટે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી હોય તેઓએ જૂ.કૃ.યુ.ની વેબસાઈટ www.jau.in પર બિયારણ વિતરણ અને પાકના ભાવ સબંધિત માહિતી માટે જોતા રહેવું.
• 10) હાલમાં દેશમાં ફેલાયેલ COVID-19 ની મહામારીના કારણે જે ખેડૂતમિત્રોની અરજી મંજુર થાય અને તેઓ બિયારણ લેવા માટે આવે ત્યારે જેતે સમયે ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રીની સોસ્યલ ડીસ્ટન્સ, સેનીટાઈઝેશન અને COVID-19 સંદર્ભેની તમામ માર્ગદર્શક સૂચનાઓ અમલમાં હશે તેનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવાનુઁ રહેશે.

ભારતમાં ઘટી રહેલા લિંગ અનુપાત દરેક વર્ગ માટે ચિંતાનો વિષય બની ચુક્યો છે. મહિલાઓનો અભ્યાસ, સ્વાસ્થ્ય અને અન્ય જરૂરિયાતો માટે સરકાર દ્વારા અનેક યોજનાઓ ચલાવવામાં આવી રહી છે. યુવતીઓના અભ્યાસને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે કેન્દ્ર સરકારે સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજનાની શરૂઆત કરી છે. 

 

સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજનાનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય પુત્રીઓના અભ્યાસ અને તેમના લગ્ન પર આવનારા ખર્ચને સહેલાઈથી પુરો કરવાનો છે. યોજના હેઠળ પુત્રીના અભ્યાસ અને લગ્ન માટે  પોસ્ટ ઓફિસ પાસે સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજના નુ એકાઉંટ ખોલાવી શકાય છે.  ટપાલ વિભાગના કોઈપણ પોસ્ટ ઓફિસમાં એકાઉંટ ખોલવા માટે સુવિદ્યા સેંટરમાં પણ જુદુ કાઉંટર ખુલશે. અહી જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેંટ્સ જમા કરાવ્યા પછી એકાઉંટ ખોલાવી શકાશે. 

 

આ છે યોજના 

 

- સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજના એકાઉંટમાં પુત્રીના નામથી એક વર્ષમાં 1 હજારથી લઈને 1 લાખ પચાસ હજાર રૂપિયા જમા કરાવી શકો છો. 

- આ પૈસા એકાઉંટ ખોલવાના 14 વર્ષ સુધી જ જમા કરાવવા પડશે અને આ ખાતુ પુત્રીના 21 વર્ષના થવા પર જ મેચ્યોર થશે. 

- યોજનાના નિયમો હેઠળ પુત્રી 18 વર્ષની થતા અડધો પૈસો કાઢી શકો છો. 

- 21 વર્ષ પછી એકાઉંટ બંધ થઈ જશે અને પૈસો પાલકને મળી જશે. 

- જો પુત્રીના 18થી 21 વર્ષની વચ્ચે લગ્ન થઈ જાય છે તો એકાઉંટ એ સમયે જ બંધ થઈ જશે. 

- એકાઉંટમાં જો પેમેંટ લેટ થયુ તો ફક્ત 50 રૂપિયાની પેનલ્ટી લગાવવામાં આવશે.

- પોસ્ટ ઓફિસ ઉપરાંત અનેક સરકારી અને ખાનગી બેંક પણ આ યોજના હેઠળ ખાતુ ખોલી રહી છે. 

- સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજના હેઠળ ખાતા પર ઈંકમટેક્સ કાયદાની ધારા 80-જી હેઠળ છૂટ આપવામાં આવશે. 

- પાલક પોતાની બે પુત્રીઓ માટે બે એકાઉંટ પણ ખોલી શકે છે. 

- જોડિયા હોય તો તેનુ પ્રૂફ આપીને જ પાલક ત્રીજુ ખાતુ ખોલી શકશે. પાલક ખાતાને ક્યાય પણ ટ્રાંસફર કરાવી શકશે. 

 

યોજના હેઠળ 2015માં કોઈ વ્યક્તિ 1000 રૂપિયા મહિનાથી એકાઉંટ ખોલે છે તો તેને 14 વર્ષ સુધી મતલભ 2028 સુધી દર વર્ષે 12 હજાર  રૂપિયા નાખવા પડશે. વર્તમાન હિસાબથી દર વર્ષે 8.6 ટકા વ્યાજ મળતુ રહેશે તો જ્યારે બાળકી 21 વર્ષની થશે તો તેને  6,07,128 રૂપિયા મળશે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છેકે 14 વર્ષમાં પાલકના એકાઉંટમાં કુલ 1.68 લાખ રૂપિયા જમા કરવા પડે. બાકીના 4,39,128 રૂપિયા વ્યાજના છે.

ગુજરાતમાં આગામી ચાર વર્ષ માટે ઈલેક્ટ્રિક વ્હીકલ પોલિસી જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે. આ પોલિસી જાહેર કરવામાં ગુજરાત દેશમાં પ્રથમ છે. મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજય રૂપાણીએ પત્રકાર પરિષદ યોજીને ઈલેક્ટ્રિક વ્હીકલ પોલિસીમાં મળનારી સબસિડીની માહિતી આપી હતી, જેમાં 2-વ્હીલર માટે 20 હજાર અને 4-વ્હીલર માટે દોઢ લાખ રૂપિયાની સબસિડી આપવાની પણ જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે.

ઇ-વ્હીકલની નવી ટેકનોલોજીને પ્રોત્સાહન મળશે

આ નીતિ-પોલિસી દ્વારા ઇ-વ્હીકલની નવી ટેકનોલોજીને પ્રોત્સાહન મળશે તથા ઇ-વ્હીકલના ડ્રાઇવિંગ, વેચાણ, ધિરાણ, સર્વિસિંગ અને ચાર્જિંગ વગેરે ક્ષેત્રોમાં રોજગારીની તકોમાં વૃદ્ધિ

થશે. રાજ્ય સરકારે કાળજીપૂર્વકની વિચારણા તેમજ ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વ્હીકલ ક્ષેત્રના વિવિધ નિષ્ણાતોના અભિપ્રાયો અને સહાયથી ટેકનોલોજી, ઉત્પાદન પ્રક્રિયા તેમજ ઇ-વ્હીકલ સંબંધિત

પરિબળો તથા ભારત સરકારની નીતિઓને ધ્યાનમાં લઇને ગુજરાતની આ ઇ-વ્હીકલ પોલિસી ઘડવામાં આવી છે. રૂપાણીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ગુજરાત ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વ્હીકલ પોલિસીમાં મુખ્યત્વે

ચાર બાબત પર વિશેષ ઝોક આપવામાં આવ્યો છે.

વાયુ પ્રદૂષણમાં પણ નોંધપાત્ર ઘટાડો થાય છે

રાજ્યમાં ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વ્હીકલનો ઉપયોગ વધારવો, રાજ્યને ઇ-વ્હીકલ અને એને આનુષાંગિક સાધન-સામગ્રીના ઉત્પાદનનું મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ હબ બનાવવું તેમજ ઇલેક્ટ્રિક મોબિલિટી ક્ષેત્રે

યુવા સ્ટાર્ટઅપ અને રોકાણકારોને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા સાથોસાથ વાહનોના ઇંધણના ધુમાડાથી થતા વાયુ-ધ્વનિ પ્રદૂષણને ઘટાડી પર્યાવરણની રક્ષા કરવી એવા બહુવિધ ધ્યેય આ

પોલિસીનું છે. 1 લાખ 10 હજાર ટૂ-વ્હીલર, 70 હજાર થ્રી-વ્હીલર અને 20 હજાર જેટલા ફોર-વ્હીલર આગામી 4 વર્ષમાં રાજ્યમાં આવશો એવો અંદાજ છે. આવાં વાહનોનો પ્રતિ

કિલોમીટરનો વપરાશ ખર્ચ અન્ય વાહનો કરતાં એવરેજ 30થી 50 ટકા ઓછો આવે છે તેમજ વાયુ પ્રદૂષણમાં પણ નોંધપાત્ર ઘટાડો થાય છે.

6 લાખ ટન જેટલું કાર્બન ઉત્સર્જન ઘટશે

આગામી ચાર વર્ષમાં 2 લાખ ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહનો ગુજરાતના માર્ગો પર યાતાયાત માટે આવશે ત્યારે ઓછામાં ઓછા આશરે પાંચ કરોડ રૂપિયાની ઇંધણ બચત થશે તથા અંદાજે 6

લાખ ટન જેટલું કાર્બન ઉત્સર્જન ઘટશે એવો અંદાજ રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે. ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહનો મોંઘાં છે અને સામાન્ય માનવીને એ પરવડી શકે એમ નથી એવી માન્યતા દૂર થાય અને

ચાર વર્ષમાં બે લાખ ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહનોના ઉપયોગનો લક્ષ્યાંક વાસ્તવિકતા બને એનો પણ સુદૃઢ વિચાર કરીને આ પોલિસી તૈયાર થઇ છે. રાજ્ય સરકાર ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહનોની ખરીદી

માટે વાહનના કિલોવોટદીઠ રૂ. 10 હજારની સબસિડી આપશે.

ચાર વર્ષમાં રાજ્ય સરકાર રૂ. 870 કરોડનો બોજ વહન કરશે

મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે દેશનાં અન્ય રાજ્યો આવી સબસિડી પ્રતિ કિલોવોટ વધુમાં વધુ રૂ. 5 હજાર આપે છે, જ્યારે ગુજરાતમાં એનાથી બમણી એેટલે કે પ્રતિ કિલોવોટ રૂ. 10

હજારની સબસિડી સરકાર આપશે. આને પરિણામે ચાર વર્ષમાં રાજ્ય સરકાર રૂ. 870 કરોડનો બોજ વહન કરશે. રૂપાણીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે રાજ્યમાં ઇલેક્ટ્રિક ટૂ-વ્હીલર ખરીદનાર

વ્યક્તિને 20 હજાર રૂપિયા સુધીની સબસિડીનું પ્રોત્સાહન મળશે. એ જ રીતે થ્રી-વ્હીલર માટે 50 હજાર સુધી અને ફોર-વ્હીલર માટે રૂ. 1 લાખ 50 હજાર સુધીનું પ્રોત્સાહન અપાશે. આ

સબસિડીનો લાભ 1.50 લાખ સુધીની કિંમતના ટૂ-વ્હીલર, 5 લાખ સુધીની કિંમતના થ્રી-વ્હીલર અને 15 લાખ સુધીની કિંમતના ફોર-વ્હીલરને મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

આ માટે અલગ અલગ હોટલો પર ચાર્જિંગ ઓપ્શન માટે વિચારણા હાથ ધરાઈ છે.

500 જગ્યાએ ચાર્જિંગ સ્ટેશન ઊભાં કરવામાં આવશે.

સરકારની હાલની ધારણા પ્રમાણે 1.25 લાખ ટૂ-વ્હીલર, 75 હજાર રિક્ષા અને 25 હજાર કારથી શરૂઆત કરવાની ઈચ્છા છે.

સબસિડીમાં પ્રતિ કિલો વોટ સબસિડાઈઝ કરાશે.

હાલમાં 250 ચાર્જિંગ સ્ટેશનને મંજૂરી અપાઈ છે અને આગળ જતાં 250ને અપાશે.

બેટરી સ્વેપિંગ સ્ટેશનને પ્રોત્સાહન અપાશે.

રાજ્ય સરકારે અન્ય રાજ્યો કરતાં ઉદારતાપૂર્વક જાહેરાત કરી છે.

સબસિડી આપનારું ગુજરાત પ્રથમ રાજ્ય બનશે.

મારુતિ સાથે ત્રણ જાપાનીઝ કંપની પણ પ્રોડક્શન શરૂ કરી દેશે.

In order to appear for the entrance exam, one must be born between

Anual Income for Parents Must be Lower than RS. 120000 anual in rural Area and For Urban ARea Rs. 150000 anual income.
The annual income of the family of the schedule caste and schedule tribe applicants should be less than two lakhs per annum.
However, the applicants who belong to the backward class are eligible to apply for the admission procedure whose family annual income is less than one lakh per annum.
Not more than 68000 per annum should be the annual income of the parents of the applicants who belong to general category.

યોજનાનો હેતુ

• અનુસૂચિત જાતિના ઘરવિહોણા, ખુલ્લો પ્લોટ ધરાવતા, રહેવાલાયક ન હોય તેવું કાચુ ગાર માટીનું તથા પ્રથમ માળ ઉપર મકાન બાંધવા માટે₹. ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ ત્રણ હપ્તામાં ચુકવાવમાં આવે છે.₹.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ સહાય પૈકી પ્રથમ હપ્તો- ૪૦,૦૦૦, બીજો હપ્તો- ૬૦,૦૦૦ અને ત્રીજો હપ્તો- ₹.૨૦,૦૦૦/- આપવામાં આવે છે.

નિયમો અને શરતો

• લાભાર્થી દ્વારા અથવા લાભાર્થીના અન્ય કુટૃંબના સભ્યો દ્વારા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા અમલિત અન્ય કોઈપણ આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ લીધેલ ન હોવો જોઈએ.
• ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ મળેલ સહાયથી મકાનનું સંપૂર્ણ બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય નહી તેથી બાકીની રકમ લાભાર્થીને પોતે ઉમેરીને મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક ₹.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક ₹.૧,૫૦,૦૦૦ થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઇએ.
• આવાસ સહાય ઉપરાંત ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં મહાત્મા ગાંધી નરેગા (MGNREGA) યોજના હેઠળ આવાસ બાંધકામ માટે ૯૦ દિવસની બિનકુશળ રોજગારી માટે ₹.૧૭,૯૧૦ તે યોજનાના નિયમો મુજબ તાલુકા પંચાયતની નરેગા બ્રાંચ તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.
• સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશન હેઠળ શૌચાલય માટે ₹.૧૨,૦૦૦/-ની સહાયગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં તાલુકા પંચાયતની અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં નગરપાલીકા/મહાનગરપાલિકા તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.

• અરજદારનું આધાર કાર્ડ
• અરજદારનું રેશનકાર્ડ
• અરજદારની જાતિ/પેટા જાતિ નો દાખલો
• અરજદારની કુલ વાર્ષિક આવકનો દાખલો
• રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો (વીજળી બિલ/ લાઇસન્સ/ ભાડાકરાર/ ચુંટણી કાર્ડ/ રેશનકાર્ડ પૈકી કોઈ પણ એક)
• જમીન માલિકીનું આધાર/દસ્તાવેજ/અકારની પત્રક/હક પત્રક/સનદ પત્રક ( જે લાગુ પડતુ હોય તે )
• બઁક પાસબૂકની પ્રથમ પાનાની નકલ / રદ કરેલ ચેક (અરજદારના નામનું)
• પતિના મરણ નો દાખલો (જો વિધવા હોય તો)
• જે જમીન ઉપર મકાન બાંધવાનું છે, તે જમીન ના ક્ષેત્રફળ જણાવતા ચતુર્દિશા દર્શાવતા નકશા ની નકલ (તલાટી-કમ-મંત્રીશ્રી)ની સહીવાળી
• ચૂંટણી ઓળખપત્ર
• મકાન બાંધકામ ચિઠ્ઠી
• અગાઉ આ યોજનામાં લાભ લીધો નથી તે અંગેનું સોગંધનામું

પાત્રતાના માપદંડ

• આવક મર્યાદા ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે રૂ.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦/- તથા શહેરી વિસ્તાર માટે રૂ.૧,૫૦,૦૦૦/- રાખવા ઠરાવેલ છે.

સહાયનું ધોરણ

• સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે ૫છાતવર્ગ, આર્થિક ૫છાતવર્ગ, વિચરતી વિમુકત જાતિના ઘર વહોણા ઈસમોને શહેરોમાં અને ગામડામાં વસવાટની મુશ્કેલીઓ દૂર કરવા માટે માલિકીનો પ્લોટ ધરાવતા ઈસમોને મકાન બાંધવા માટે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં રૂ.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦/- આપવામાં આવે છે. 
• મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાની અવધિ ર વર્ષની છે.

રજુ કરવાના ડોક્યુમેંટ

• અરજદારની જાતિ/પેટા જાતિનો દાખલો (આર્થિક પછાતવર્ગના અરજદારે જાતિનો દાખલો જોડવાની જરૂર નથી.), અરજદારનું લીવીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ (શિક્ષિત હોય તો)
• આવકનો દાખલો
• અરજદારનો રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો (આધાર કાર્ડ/ વીજળી બિલ/ લાઇસન્સ/ ભાડાકરાર/ ચુંટણી કાર્ડ/ રેશનકાર્ડ પૈકી કોઈપણ એક)
• કોઈ ગરીબી આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ જમીન/તૈયાર મકાન મળેલ હોય તે ફાળવણીના હુકમની, એલોટમેન્ટ લેટરની પ્રમાણિત નકલ.
• જમીન માલિકીનું આધાર/દસ્તાવેજ/અકારની પત્રક/હક પત્રક/સનદ પત્રક ( જે લાગુ પડતુ હોય તે )
• અરજદારને મકાન સહાય મંજુર કરવા માટે ગ્રામપંચાયતના તલાટી ક્મ મંત્રી / સિટી તલાટી ક્મ મંત્રી / સર્કલ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટરે આપવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
• મકાન બાંધકામ કરવાની રજા ચિઠ્ઠી
• BPLનો દાખલો
• પતિના મરણ નો દાખલો (જો વિધવા હોય તો)
